By using VaultPDF, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VaultPDF provides free and premium PDF processing tools including merge, split, compress, convert, OCR, watermark, and edit. Most tools process files entirely in your browser without uploading them to any server.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to files you process with VaultPDF. We do not claim ownership of your content. Files processed client-side never touch our servers. For server-processed tools, files are encrypted before upload and deleted within 1 hour.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure
• Do not use automated scripts to access the service without authorization
• Do not upload malicious files intended to exploit vulnerabilities

5. Free and Premium Tiers

VaultPDF offers both free and premium tiers. Free tier usage is subject to rate limits. Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The VaultPDF name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of VaultPDF. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VaultPDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VaultPDF be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
